Kristi Hamilton

Kristi Hamilton is a Partner at The Harbor Lawyers, where she brings over 20 years of experience in estate planning and probate law. Driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals and families protect their legacies, Kristi provides strategic guidance through complex legal matters with compassion and precision.

Her practice focuses on comprehensive estate planning services, including wills, trusts, probate administration, and wealth preservation strategies. Kristi earned her B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She is a respected voice in her field, having spoken at continuing legal education events and contributed to several legal publications. Notably, she co-authored “The Treatment of Prisoners Under International Law,” an article utilized by the emerging Czech and Slovak governments during the drafting of their Constitutions.

Beyond her legal work, Kristi is an active community volunteer and advocate. In recognition of her professional excellence and civic contributions, she was honored as a “Woman of Excellence” by the Federation of Houston Professional Women in 2013.
